The organizer or their team may present a maximum of <strong>2 papers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Each Workshop or Minisymposium should include <strong>at least 10 paper presentations<\/strong>, with the organizer or their team allowed to present a maximum of <strong>4 papers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Organizers of Sessions, Workshops, or Minisymposia will be responsible for advertising their events, as well as selecting and reviewing the submitted papers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Registration Benefits:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Session organizers will receive <strong>free registration<\/strong> for ICNAAM 2025 if their Session achieves at least <strong>6 full <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">physical<\/span> registrations<\/strong> (1 Session Organizer), or <strong>12 full <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">physical<\/span> registrations<\/strong> (for 2 Session Organizers).<br><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Only physical participants will be taken into account for this requirement.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Workshop or Minisymposium organizers will also receive <strong>free registration<\/strong> and partial coverage of accommodation expenses if their event garners at least <strong>15 physical registrations<\/strong> (1 Symposium Organizer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accepted papers for Sessions, Workshops, or Minisymposia will be published in the Proceedings of ICNAAM 2025. Additionally, after the conference, presented papers will be considered for publication in relevant journals.<\/p>\n<h4>Submission of Proposals:<\/h4>\n<p>Proposals to organize Sessions, Workshops, or Minisymposia should include the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title of the Workshop<\/li>\n<li>Name, affiliation, mailing address, and email address of the proposer(s)<\/li>\n<li>Description of the Session topic (not exceeding 100 words)<\/li>\n<li>Short description of the advertising strategy for the Session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline for proposal submissions is <strong>August 15, 2025<\/strong>. Please send your proposals to: <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><a rel=\"noopener\">chairman@icnaam.org, <\/a><\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><a href=\"mailto:tsimos.conf@yahoo.com\" rel=\"noopener\">tsimos.conf@yahoo.com,<\/a> <\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><a rel=\"noopener\">tsimos.conf@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Important Information:<\/h4>\n<p>Papers for Sessions, Workshops, or Minisymposia should be submitted directly to the respective organizers, who will define the specific deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>Once the paper selection is complete, organizers must send the final accepted papers to the Secretary of ICNAAM 2025 by the deadlines established by the Conference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Papers for the Symposia or Sessions must be sent to the respective Symposia Organizers with a carbon copy (optional) to the General Chairman, Prof. Dr. T.E.
